The friendly staff, the fact they provided a small selection kitchen utensils cause we had packed our own lol and the comfort. Would make a few changes, such as to the surcharge on visitors. For example allow whaanau and friends to visit with a 6hour time limit and if they go over that, they need to pay as they exit out. However loved it and we will be back.
The visitors charge fee and the charge on the washing machine and dryers. Been to other top 10s and its no more then $4 per wash and dry and many allow to pay via QR code. Ended up washing the clothes in the shower and then hanging them up on the line.

Helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in the two bedroom cabin and it was comfy and warm. Facilities are great for kids. Peaceful and quiet area.
Good pressure shower, heatpump was good, if it got warm we just opened the windows and sliding door and it cooled down fast. Cabins are connected but you have good privacy in your own cabin.
The weather wasnt great so we didn't get to use the pools and playground. That's an issue no one can fix though. Everything was good.
