Staff are super nice and polite .
Only problem is that the room door is not noisy-proof , can hear people walking around & talking if they are being loud outside .
Other than that , I have nothing to complain.
They don’t supply toilitries products but that’s fine with me as I prefer to use my own stuff & use my own towel as well :)

Room is spacious. Location is good. Quiet. 20% senior discount.
The door sensor of the elevator needs to be fixed. It can cause harm to seniors who are slow. We need to tap the hold button so it stays open.

What did I like this hotel it's clean smell good an the stuff is friendly I recommend this place 👌
What is don't like is there's no fridge in the room that's all

The staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. The architecture as well is beautiful.
It was quite noisy. I can hear the noise of the cars outside, and footsteps from the next floor above us, and we can hear the movement of people outside. I was not really able to sleep because the noise kept startling me.
