rooms are comfortable, town and location are nice
great value for money
breakfast - when it came - was very good, fresh orange juice and tasty croissants
we woke up and there was nobody in the entire place - finally we called at 10:30am and they came 15 minutes later to make breakfast - probably a misunderstanding but a bit odd - they told us breakfast would be at 9
covid regulations are not too much taken into account
language spoken is only Basque and Spanish
reviews on Google and booking oversell the place a bit
but its still good value for money

"Very easy-going, helpful hosts. We wanted a place that was relatively close to all major cities in the Basque Country, and this was just great. There is a public parking lot at the back of the buildin..."
