Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Augusta at I-20, GA

The front desk checked us in and when we got to the room it wasn't ready. The beds were z n hb one hadn't been made. Housekeeping was notified and the came and finished it while we waited in the hallway. It wasn't really a big deal and they worked quickly to finish it. The young lady at the front desk was not at all friendly. I asked for the address of the hotel to arrange an Uber and she told me tio Google it!!

The room was nice and I loved the fridge with a separate freezer. The beds were vomfortable and lot's of pollows! It had more amenities than I expected, but what do you do with a cooktop with no pans or utensils?

I had a non pleasant experience the secondary. The lady who signed me in upon arrival. The next day there 2 other people beside myself trying to get our key card renewed . Someone I believe was a manager went to find her. She came to the desk and snapped at us saying I was on lunch I had 10 minutes left don't you see the sign and snatched the sign. We said I'm sorry we did not see the sign. She was very rude to us . Someone over her went and got her , not us.

The rest of my stay was great

The desk clerk that checked us in was super nice and very helpful! The rooms was set up so that we had like 2 rooms because the living room area with the fold out bed was in one area and a door separated that from the other beds.

The pool was supposed to be heated and it was not it was super cold, but the kids enjoyed themselves even tho us adults were freezing.

My room was decent had some mold however we went

strictly for the pool ! However that had some stipulations on it and no crib as it says which prob doesn’t have any as I have a 9 mth old a requested one plus room keys stop working before 11 am pool always ice cold
