Isa Residence Fiumicino Airport

The location was close to the airport. Hotel modern and clean. Staff helpful. Restaurants close. Huge balcony ( I believe for the smokers) The staff told us about the airport service on the departure day and called to setup the service at a cheaper rate than the taxis. The is a vending machine off the lobby if you need water or snacks.

The hotel is considered "outside" the city of where most taxis at the airport would service. We were told we had to use a "local" taxi and were directed to another behind the rest. Of course the minimum fare where the hotel was at the higher rate €55.00 not €35.00 as the minimum for taxis going much further.. The hotel did offer a transport service from the airport but did not state the rate and had to be reserved 3 days before arrival but because we were coming from Sicily where there were cancellations because of Mt. Etna volcano I didn't reserve the airport pickup. The hotel was on a second floor do you have to carry your luggage up the outside stairs.

Property was clean and comfortable.
