Casa Palace

The parking area was large and very close to the hotel's entrance. The lobby and the common areas at each floor were tasty decorated and comfortable. The room had a fridge.

The bed was uncomfortable, having the sides of the mattress lower than the middle part, which was giving an insecure feeling when laying down in it. The shower head had to be hold by hand, as the vertical bar where normally it can be attached was broken. There hasn't been any kettle in the room but we were assured by the receptionist in the evening that before 8 am we will be able to get some hot water for a tea. This proved to be not true the next morning. I asked two ladies from the kitchen personnel for a little bit of hot water at 7:45, but they couldn't be disturbed from drinking their coffees for such a trifle. They told me to return after 8:30, when the bartender was expected to arrive. As this didn't suit our schedule, we had to skip the morning tea 🙁

Niestety brudno w pokojach szczególnie w łazience, pajęczyny i robactwa oraz średnio profesjonalna obsługa z którą ciężko się dogadać. Pan obsługujący robił dziwne miny i podśmiechiwał się kiedy chciałem wyjaśnić z nim moje wątpliwości co do płatności. Denerwowało go, że przerwałem mu spotkanie z dziewczyną na zewnątrz i oczywiście zero angielskiego.

The place was nice and clean, although it could benefit from a few fixes here and there. The location was great as well, and the host was helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience, I recommend!
