A great breakfast, water to refill bottles, very helpful staff, comfy hangout areas, good attached restaurant, stored our bags while we hiked.
Wifi speed fluctuated in rooms but was very good downstairs in restaurant and coworking area

The breakfast at this hotel is very hearty. So many varieties and the hospitality by the staff is top notch, best hospitality on our Central Asia Trip. The rooms are basic with Mountain Views. The hotel has free street parking and Wi Fi connectivity was good. The in house cafe has good vibes. Highly recommend this hotel in Karakol.

Good location and prices and wifi
Cleanliness of the room - dirt, black mold in the shower, impossible to flush - no cleaning even after 3 nights and unhelpful receptionists. Also, no help to get my small suitcase up the stairs even though they saw I had a leg problem
