Dining chairs were very comfy, room was a good size. Great value for the price.

Lovely shady spot close to the river. Very scenic outlook. Beds were comfy and there was a heater when it got chilly.
Bedspread on main bed a bit threadbare.

Loved the location, right on the river, and host was welcoming and friendly. The rooms (although dated) were very spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed, right down to a full sized oven and stove, decent sized fridge and plenty of bench space. Beds were comfortable, heater in room and free wifi, would definitely stay again, perfect for family with older children (not toddlers, as only outdoor area is carpark then onto main busy road).
Was perfect for us and our requirements. As mentioned above was a little dated (Lino on floor) but still tidy. If we’re being really picky the pressure in the shower was quite weak but still does the job, no paywave at reception. Typical old school motel, was good value for money.

Close to town and the restaurants for dining. Good outlook over the river.
Property is quite dated, heating though present was inadequate for a cold night.
