The location is stunning and the resort is in an interesting building. Their own wine is superb ! Parking with electric chargers and shaded against the sun. The staff are helpful and caring. The nearby village had a great restaurant with local food at very good prices

Not any dressing table in bedroom and bathrooms were small

Everything really!

Excellent staff, excellent accomodation, excellent rooms, excellent pool area, excellent wine tasting...

The property was well maintained and set in a stunning location.

What I didn’t like was that it seemed there were very few rules or that they were not being enforced. The common areas felt largely unmanaged and had more of a self-service atmosphere than I expected. Unfortunately, one aspect that detracted from our stay was the lack of consideration shown by some guests. Apart from my girlfriend and me, there were very few Italians staying at the property. While this in itself is not an issue, some guests behaved in a way that was disrespectful to others. For example, while we were relaxing by the pool, a large group arrived and quickly took over the area, diving, splashing, and playing with a ball without any regard for the other guests. I think the presence of a lifeguard or more visible staff could have helped manage situations like this. Similarly, other disturbances—such as guests playing football directly outside the door of our bedroom—could have been prevented with a little more supervision. Overall, I felt that better management of the shared spaces would have made the experience much more enjoyable
