The breakfast was phenomenal! The choice was huge even for vegetarians which made a lovely change. There was cake on 'tap' so when you come in at the end of the day you can have a cheeky piece with a cuppa in your room before heading out for the evening.
The room was great. Spacious, clean, powerful shower, fluffy towels and bath robes and tea and coffee facilities...including biscuits!!
Louise was very friendly and made us feel super welcome.

The room was clean and well equipped, and Louise was just about the perfect host! She also provided welcome little extras every day. Breakfast was cooked to order (ordered the day before) and was varied and very tasty. Louise made time to introduce guests to each other which broke the ice and made breakfast time even more pleasant. The house is in the perfect location to explore Shrewsbury which is a beautiful town. There's no car park but that really doesn't matter as there are plenty of spaces on the road outside.
There was simply nothing not to like! Except perhaps packing and leaving!

A lovely, welcoming B and B, with lots of extra touches and everything you could possibly need.
A very cosy and comfortable room.
Cake!
A really handy location for easy, roadside parking and walking into town.
Absolutely nothing

Good location, short walk from city centre. Hot breakfast was well cooked. Home baked cake a really nice extra. Good information from host and in rooms of surrounding area. In room extras were generously replenished.
Glimpsed double rooms which were larger than ours and had wardrobes so main problem was with our twin room and not the property itself.
Our room, 4, was very small with no wardrobe space. Would not be suitable for taller guests due to sloping ceilings. A twin bedded room with one bed uncomfortable and squeaking at any movement. May have been heard by neighbours as we could easily hear their snoring. Poor soundproofing between rooms, and from the trains which were very obvious whenever they passed by. Buffet options at breakfast were limited with toast always the last hot option served even if the only item requested.
