Shukubo Komadori-Sanso

It was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful without exception! I had the Japanese style breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. The private bath that can be reserved for an hour was something special and very relaxing after a long hike.

This was one of the best stays of my life. What made it so special was the love and care that went into every little detail. You can feel that everything here has been created with heart, and I enjoyed every moment of my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, varied, and nourishing without ever leaving me feeling heavy. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The lovely music, the yukata, and the absolutely breathtaking view from the window made the experience even more special. The location is another incredible advantage: so close to the main shrine and the main hiking trails, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. I’ve already recommended this place to all my friends planning a trip to Japan, because I truly believe everyone should get to experience a place like this at least once in their life.
