Fantastic spacious apartment, with spacious balcony. The pool and bar area was great; fantastic bar with amazing burgers and friendly staff Beautiful sandy beach a short(but steep)walk

No light on outside balcony,no shade/umbrellas at pool area

The location to the beach was excellent. Plus a 1 minute drive to a small grocery store and a 5 minute drive to the marina for shops, bars, restaurants and tour options. Best of all, the rentable rooms in the building are operated by a family that is entirely dedicated to quality service. The ocean view is outstanding from the room balcony and the walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes.

The mattresses were decent (beds super low). 1 bedroom apartment was spacious. Having a coffee machine (even though it does not work properly and you have to push the cap into it from below) was a very nice touch.

This place is NOT worth your money, not even your time considering it. Not clean, generally ran down. Pictures are from a way better era, or one better apartment. Upon arrival I noticed some big stains on the stairs, 2 days later, they were still there and none ever cleaned that area of the complex. Holes in the walls, mold on the shower curtain, cockroaches in the kitchen, the window is even missing a part of the glass!!! The shower in the photos has a glass, the real one is missing some tiles and only has a curtain. This place is simply not up to minimum hygienic standards for a developed economy. The pool is cold (but at least I saw someone cleaning it one day), the rooms have no noise insulation. But mostly, when you see the apartment you feel scammed. I have contacted the reception (by the way this never attended over our 2 days stay) and they have simply dismissed our concerns. The parking lot is ridiculously small for the number of apartments/rooms they have. Perhaps I am forgetting something… anyway this place was a disappointment and a disgrace.
