The reception was efficient and quick. There is a 7-11 very close, and its a one minute walk from the Phaya Thai airport link station and 30 seconds walk from the BTS. So in terms of commute its a superb location. Despite that, its really quite inside the rooms and you can sleep veey well. Very nice hot strong showers. Easy to find on maps.
The staircase to go up is a bit small and narrow and can be a little challenging if you have a large suitcase to carry up. But thats a minor issue.

Convenient to public transport especially to the airport link, just 5 minutes walk. Accessible to Phaya tai BTS interchange to Airport link. 24 hours Convenient nearby. Staff are really helpful. They allowed us to left our luggage when we have a side trip to Laos. Simple breakfast is free as well. I will definitely recommend this to my friends visiting BKK.
No curtain for a little privacy, ( stayed in female dorm)but that can sorted out and not a big problem. Maybe cleaning staff will do once a week deep cleaning in the bathroom and walls , not really a problem with me but I hope this recommendation will help to maintain cleanliness. Overall my stay is pleasant.
