Posizione stupenda, natura e pace!

Nice quiet location and the host was friendly
We had hoped to eat dinner there as we had made a reservation but on arrival we were told that dinner was unavailable (due to issues with Mount Etna it appeared that other expected hotel guests did not arrive so we were the guests there, so while disappointed I can understand the reasoning) It just meant we had to drive again to get a meal . If we had been informed beforehand it would have been better

La struttura è molto bella
La signora che riceve è molto scortese e presuntuosa

We liked the peaceful setting surrounded by nature and the large grounds, which were nice for taking walks around the property. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but everything was fresh, and dinner was also available at the property. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.
The wifi was very poor throughout most of the property and was not available at all in our room. The pool area could also have been better maintained, particularly the shallow children's pool, which had quite a lot of insects in it. Lunch was not available, even when requested; it would have been helpful to have at least a simple lunch option during the stay.

"Bardzo ładny hotel położony 5 km od Caltagirone. Jako Spa posiada dość duży basen. Najważniejszą zaletą jest obsługa, która jest bardzo pomocna we wszelkich sprawach. Bardzo dobre śniadania z jajeczni..."
