To not usable for tv shows and movies because of didn't connect the wifi...

Hotel was great, location was perfect to get around and see the sights. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Front desk staff wasn't always helpful. Asked to have laundry picked up from room to which the gentleman rellplied yes, only to not have it picked up. Which them meant there wasn't enough time to have it done before we left. When questioned, he gave confusing answers and changed information from one day to the next. The restaurant, while the food was very good, the service was less than ideal. Overall the problems were not enough to make me not want to stay at The Springs hotel and spa again.

Property was good with a good restaurant.

Area around is flooded with workshops, but I didnt have any bad experience, they were minding their own business. Anyway not pleasant to look outside. Main problem I faced was the indifferent attitude of most of the staff I met in reception, except maybe for one.
