Schönes Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Empfang und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Abendessen und Frühstück beim Hirschenwirt war ausgezeichnet. Optimal war die überdachte Parkmöglichkeit für das Motorrad.

Centuries old family run inn with lots of character, in picturesque Styrian village. Friendly, attentive owners and good food. Located centrally in village with lots of beautiful views and walks close by.
No aircon, but the thick walls kept the European heatwave under control. Therefore open windows; no fly/mosquito screens.
In room coffee or tea facilities , bar fridge would be nice ( to cool water, milk).
No reading lamp close to bed.

The guesthouse was very pleasant, very charming with traditional rooms. Lovely position with easy parking and a small river running by. We stayed 3 nights to visit the Austrian GP, it is about a 40 minute drive but the views in the valley are well worth the drive. Breakfast and evening meals very satisfying and the local beer is great, a very warm reception by the family owners, would definitely return.
Towels could be upgraded and lighting in the bathroom is a bit dim.

Ein außergewöhnlich warmes und angenehmes Ambiente.
Das Essen wird mit Liebe zubereitet – köstlich, reichlich, aus biologischer Herkunft und mit traditionellem Charakter. Es müsste sich nicht einmal vor einem 4- oder 5-Sterne-Hotel verstecken.
Als Dessert würde ich besonders die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber hervorheben, die man nur selten erlebt.
Ich würde noch Duschgel ins Badezimmer stellen.
