The staff were super nice and the house keeper was great.

Location was very good - within the old town walls. Staff were very friendly.
Room was tiny. Bathroom looked dirty - I'm sure it wasn't and it was just very old, but it wasn't inviting enough to have a shower.

Excellent and friendly staff, couldn’t do enough to help. Perfect location.
I think the bathroom could do with a deep clean/upgrading. There was lots of black mould in the shower area and the bathroom smelt very musty (room 9).
Beds would benefit from much better pillows.
