This is my third time staying at this location and I have recommended it several times to friends. The staff is always friendly and informative. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location a few blocks from the train station is super convenient.
Space is limits for facilities - tiny pool out back and small workout space. We did appreciate the laundry, but other guests were using the two machines and we had to wait.

The beds were extremely comfortable and it was deliciously cool with great air con. Also, a great location.
The location was a little dodgy, quite a deprived area. That said, I never felt unsafe at all. Also, the pool area is very very small. Also, the carpets were somewhat stained but honestly for the price paid it was fine.

Excellent location near train station and easily walkable to the best part of Toulouse's shopping, restaurants, museums. Comfortable, clean room. Wish we had time to stay and enjoy the outdoor space.

The staff was very friendly and helpful
Everything was great except I got locked out of my room in the middle of the night before I had an early flight the next morning. Another guest closed and locked an interior door and I could not get to my room because it would not accept my room key. I had to call the emergency number and talk to multiple people before someone would come and let me in. The manager did her very best to help but it took hours for them to get the door open and I lost many hours of sleep because of it.
