Excellent location clean room facilities good
Near by ATM and marts for day to day necessary activities
May be little bit more explanation on do's and don't so that customer can take care instead of surprise penalty charges
But finally it got reversed on request and stay was quiet good

Location was good taxi into ubud not long. Breakfast was always great.
The cleanliness of the room could of been a bit better but overall was good.

Very very clean and tidy! Staff were so happy and friendly. A few lovely restaurants nearby
A little dated but excellent for what we paid

Gorgeous property, beautiful decorated grounds! Multiple pools, all very quiet. Felt tucked away beneath all the greenery. Away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud but also not too far. Shop just across the road so great for convenience. Staff are amazing! In house laundry that took less than 24 Hrs! Spacious rooms a the mosquito net!
Pools have debris in them from all the surrounding plants. Walking to nearby restaurants/cafes is impossible due to how busy the road is. A scooter or grab is always needed.
