Mosaic Central Guest House

Our stay at Mosaic Central Guest House was overall a positive experience. The property has two separate areas: one with hotel rooms and another with apartments, located in the entrance next door. We stayed in an apartment on the second floor. The apartment was clean and well maintained, and the mattress was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The gentleman at reception who welcomed us was also very helpful and provided us with additional information, which we appreciated. The location was also convenient, with easy access to several important points of interest. Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Villa Borghese, and Roma Termini station were all relatively close, making it easy to explore the city and use public transportation. The main downside was the elevator. It worked only on the first day and was out of order the following day. Since we were traveling with a small child and a stroller, having to use the stairs was somewhat tiring and inconvenient. Overall, despite this issue, we had a positive experience and would consider staying here again, especially because of the cleanliness, comfort, helpful staff, and convenient location.

Location and security

Our toilet, flush and bidet were leaking, we informed the staff the first time.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i miły personel.

Często nie działała spłuczka w toalecie.

Really secure property and good location really near the landmarks we wanted to see.

The wi-fi wasn’t working properly at our floor at least and the heat wasn’t working up until we contacted the stuff.
