THe quiet with the view. Staff was very helpful , beyond what other places had been. Very clean and just a great place. My sister and I stayed and she has done a review and this is mine now

Host Stuart is the star here. Friendly and v informative, definitely helped us plan our five day stay. Simple v good value breakfast perfect ( yoghurt, cereal, granola, toast and croissant, tea/ coffee). Well placed to explore the island.
Clean and perfectly adequate room with ensuite, and a pleasant downstairs lounge and outside space consistent with the price point. We walked to the beach, pubs and restaurants, but Ventnor is q hilly, so some may need to drive.
