Great location, next to a mall and train station

There was a huge misunderstanding while checking in, due to an ambiguous presentation of the Superior One Bedroom Suite. It was presented with 2 twin beds, 1 kind bed; we chose this apartment because we were 2 adults with 2 kids. When we joined our room, there was only one king bed. We went back to the reception to explain that it was not what was booked, the agent told us it was twin beds OR king bed. We explained that there was no OR, but a comma and not at any moment during booking or check in we were asked what was our choice for the beds. Plus there no way we could choose 1 bed for 4 people. The agent replied that it was obvious that there was an Or but could not show it to me. He offered either to pay for an upgrade, or pay for an extra bed. We eventually paid for the extra bed after going back forth over what the booking said and what we were supposed to understand. It was very stressful for all of us, we were exhausted after 9 hours flight. A better description of the apartments could have helped avoid this unpleasant experience.
