Kyriad Hotel Airport Jakarta

The staff were welcoming and the room is of decent size. beds were comfortable and overall a nice place to stay for a night or two. I previously seen a few comments about plates being in the hallways, but i can assure cleaners were cleaning these up as they went along, that is not a hotel issue more a guest issue of leaving them outside if there is not a cleaner around.

The pool could have done with more seating and overall atmosphere, but the hotel seemed quiet quite in general so maybe i visited in an empty period.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay much more enjoyable. Their excellent customer service was definitely the highlight of my experience.

The hotel itself is very old and in poor condition. The facilities could use significant updates and better maintenance, as the property shows its age in many areas. Another downside is that the hotel is located quite far from the airport, which can be inconvenient if you’re arriving late or have an early flight. That said, considering the price of around $20–$25 per night, I think it’s a fair to expect what you get. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay and don’t mind the older accommodations or the distance from the airport, it can still be a reasonable option.
