Great location and excellent value — an easy walk to Rundle Mall, Adelaide Oval, the Casino, and plenty of restaurants, making it the perfect base for exploring Adelaide.

The stay was let down by noise, filthy windows that made opening the curtains pointless, poor blockout curtains, only one working lift, and no parking.

Location is great right in heart of City.

I was there Saturday night. Hotel busy and I got 2nd floor which had lots of street noise till 4am.

3 stars Sheets clean. Kind staff. Clean towels and bedding Comfy bed and pillows Nice aircon. Lighting is goos Good for price paid. Tv is OK can use Netflix on it. Shower is fine just a few bits of minor damaged that will be picture

-Loud as especially karaoke can't sleep. -Some damaged parts that make building feel incomplete and possibly unsafe -Bit hard to find entrance because of renovations -Little bit dirty surfaces -No sink, only for bathroom a little weird. - Location is convienent right next to hindley street, but as said loud and hard to sleep bring your earmuffs -2 small plastic cups couple mugs supplied. -No floor mat easy to slip -Conditioner/shampoo and body wash 1/3 bottles worked
