In generale tutto ottimo. Menzione particolare per la spa e la cena.

Si potrebbe investire di più nei materassi.

Very convenient location right on Zegna panoramic road. The staff everywhere- at the reception, in the restaurant- is most kind and helpful. Spotlessly clean facilities

Our room was right under the roof and didn’t have a proper window. My impression was that the hotel had very few guests, so they could have given us a better room (unless all rooms are the same…). We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. Me and my son chose 5 different items- all of them were not tasty… Unfortunately, we didn’t have a choice, since there are very few other restaurants around and all of them were closed in this time of the year.

La posizione super centrale e comoda alle attrazioni

La colazione scarsissima, i costi della mezza pensione troppo elevati rispetto al menù offerto, il personale poco presente. Sono stata in passato diverse volte in questa struttura e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Questa volta ho trovato i servizi notevolmente peggiorati: a colazione mancava regolarmente il pane (elemento basilare), c'era pochissima scelta e i camerieri seppur gentilissimi dovevano essere rincorsi per ottenere un caffè. Idem per l'aperitivo bisognava girare tutta la struttura per trovare qualcuno disponibile a portare un bicchiere di vino, Prezzi alle stelle: la grigliata di ferragosto 70€ anche per un bambino di 6 anni che ha mangiato un solo pezzo di salsiccia. Mezza pensione carissima con menù da hotel Mariuccia. Non vale più la spesa...
