Beds are comfy and clean. Swimming pool belongs to the gym next door but was clean and water was warm. Neighbourhood was fine, very local Vietnamese district and not so far away from the city centre. Balcony was ok and view was very nice.
Photos on booking.com are very retouched and room looks a little bit worse than on the photos. For 2 people in the room there was only 1 towel but 3 toothbrushes and 5 shower gels. Floor in the bathroom was also very slippery and you need to be careful. There’s no coffee and tea in the room. There is only one person from stuff who speaks English.

The staff were exceptional. Any issues I had they quickly helped me with.
Something to consider, there aren't that many places within walking distance if you're going when the temperatures are high.

I liked the pool the best. You get a pink slip pool pass from reception, take it to the Saigon Sports Club reception; which is right next door and they swap it for a wristband. The pool was almost private, very few people use it.
It was fine for what I wanted.
