Location was great

I received a phishing message on WhatsApp that contained all the details of my stay. When I contacted the apartment through Booking, they said a security breach had occurred. They should have informed me in advance, as I was very close to entering my card details. The apartment was not very clean. You can hear all your neighbors. We completed online check-in so we wouldn’t have to wait, but we still waited 20 minutes at reception because only one person was working, and the guests in front of us were taking a long time. On the last day, our key card did not work. Some light fixtures were broken. Overall, I expected more for the money.
