Posizione ottima, locali ampi e molto puliti, riscaldamento ottimo, bellissima terrazza. Parcheggio auto comodissimo

Nulla da segnalare

Great location, liked the garage to park the car, and the elevator. Cinzia was available and communicative. Plenty of room in the house and very bright.

Overall, we thought the property needs some TLC. Kitchen stove needs to be looked at as far as needing to be ignited manually or it would not work; Not a big TV screen for the room size, I would consider getting a much bigger screen; light bulb beside couch didn’t work so used another light bulb from the dining area—lighting could be improved; washing machine was not working correctly, but Cinzia offered to repair it while we were there; there wasn’t any dishwasher or dishwashing detergent so we bought it ourselves. Usually there is some provided for the guest.

The appartement is very large with a nice terrasse. The appartement is nicely located near one main entrance to the very nice old city with plenty of places to eat.The underground parking space. Safe building and area . Friendly and available staff.Comfortable heating .Essential shops within 100 meters .

The apartment is in a relative new building but has some spots that need some close attention ( silicon in the shower). Cleaning of less visible places could be done with some more care .Only one large couch far away from the small screen . The windows of the appartement are not sound proof. The traffic noise can be an annoyance for people with light sleep ( parents sleeping room).
