3rd time staying here . Location is an amazing 10 minute walk to ubud markets . Very quiet inside the location with lots of plants . Fantastic outdoor toilet and shower ( pool view room). Relaxing pool . Fantastic owners . Comfy bed and great air conditioner .
Would love a kettle and tea and coffee for the morning.

This is a lovely little place run by a local family. The gardens are well maintained, pool great to cool down. The smaller rooms are decorated really lovely, very boho. Good aircon, walking distance to center, supermarkets nearby, outdoor bathrooms.
Would be nice if they offered basic breakfast in the rooms like a pastry and fruit. The larger rooms are not as cosy and could do with a bit of decoration. Entering with suitcases can be a bit tricky as you have to go up and down some steps and through small entryway. It is located on a busy road where it is not always possible to use the footpath. But all of these things are very minor as we would definitely come back.

This property is lovely, very cheap, rooms are nice, outdoor bathroom is a nice touch. We were right by the pool as well. It’s no frills, no restaurant, you do for yourself, we loved it.
Can’t complain, it was great
