Easy to get to, quiet area. The room was spacious and everything was tidy. Clear and advance instructions from the host facilitated access.
The towels could be white or light-colored, not brown, for hygiene reasons. We had some challenges with the bed, but we finally overcame them and were able to rest.

Easy to stay
Location is far but it matches its price.

Location convenient near multiple s-bahn stations, quiet area, comfortable bed and enjoyed a little balcony. Received all information on check-in and check-out, all very smooth. Fridge and appliances available.
Nothing I didn't like..

Location close to the Südkreutz station. Few restaurants around the area
The bathroom light is has a sensor, too sensitive and kept turning on during the night. Also the air extraction is automatic and makes a lot of noise, so, besides the light turning on without even going inside the bathroom, the ventilator was running for many minutes and very loud.
Couldn’t sleep well both nights.
