Close proximity to town amenities. Plenty of room. Great shower pressure and temperature control. Good host communications.

Very good location, quiet, parking. Clean room, classic decorated, and bathroom, modern.They also offered breakfast but we went to wander around very early in the mornings so we've skipped it.

The room is on the smaller side. No wardrobe, just some hangers to put your coats/clothes.

Jacuzzi was great once we figured out how to operate it. Location was quite nice, room was comfortable.

A lot of things were unfortunately not as advertised. We were expecting a nice romantic getaway and instead got more of a private room at a hostel. There was no daily cleaning, the towels were horribly cheap, noise could clearly be heard from the hallways/adjoining rooms despite "soundproofing", and there was no breakfast despite it being a so-called "B&B". The room also felt quite a bit smaller than promised and the bed was a standard double despite being advertised as being extra long (we were in the king room). And the "seating area" was a small stool with a desk. The host was kind the one day we got breakfast, but afterwards we were completely unable to get a response from them. We would have liked a pamphlet with some information and recommendations for the area, and some basic information on how to operate things in the room (it was not obvious how to operate the jacuzzi). Breakfast was also quite sub-par, especially considering we've had excellent breakfasts for similar priced stays elsewhere in the Highlands. Fort Augustus and the Loch Ness area is totally worth a visit, but I recommend finding somewhere better to stay.
