Breakfast was amazing and was served by a polite, well mannered and welcoming host
Couldn't get WIFI or many stations on TV. If I stay again I would prefer not having to walk up so many stairs.

The location to city centre and nice comfortable room. And the staff allowed us to check in late which was amazing. Very accommodating.

Full use of the kitchen facilities. The room had a shower and a bathtub which was quite spacious.
The wifi signal was poor and the bathroom also needed blinds for privacy as the room becomes see-through in the adjacent kitchen.

Property was close to my daughter’s studio flat near University of Plymouth
Property lighting was bad. My room was three flight of stairs up and there was no lighting after the first flight of stairs.
