Radisson Blu Resort Taghazout Bay Surf Village

The location is excellent - close to the beach and next to the village. It was quiet and comfortable. Staff, rooms, food - everything was very good and we were very satisfied.

When we arrived, we got only 2 sets of towels and bedsheets for 1 bed only, despite the direct order for a room for 3 adults. It was later delivered after phone request. On the second day, half of our towels disappeared after the cleaning. We've learned about that, when returned from a trip and were very confused and tired. We went to bed because it was late, then some guy brought the towels afer 22:00 when we were sleeping already. Sofa wasn't very comfortable to sleep.

From the beginning to the end, the staff on reception were so helpful,nothing was too much trouble and as I was travelling alone I must say I was nervous,The staff were all friendly,the breakfast was sensational, there was so much to do and even though I am not a surfer which this area is suited for, the place had everything,plenty of open spaces to enjoy the sun,right on the beach.I cant find any fault with this property the staff were so attentive. I will be returning

I would have liked a nice glass of white wine,I did miss having my glass or two, but it didnt affect my stay

A hotel that feels different from all the others. It gives you the impression that it is Connected to the surrounding nature.

Some facilities need to be improved like the game room.

Rooms are fine - location of the hotel is amazing and the outside area is beautiful. I cannot fault any of this. It is closest hotel to town it also has a beautiful beach and beach bar (when this one is available as used for private events too)

service is 1 star. We waited up to 3h for a lunch and when you mention something they put the blame on you. All inclusive is not really all inclusive - you don't even get free water!! Its 30 degrees and you cant get water yet have to wait 1h to get a bottle of water I've never experienced this in my life. The beach bar albeit stunning, had a wedding on first night and another party the second night - we have loud music until 230am. The area and hotel itself is beautiful - and so is the beach. Hotel gets away with A LOT because of its location. Don't get full board - get breakfast and eat out of the hotel and make sure you stock up on water in shops :)
