Alejandro was very nice and accomodating. We checked in very late and he qas very nice and helpful. The location is good. Close to Supermarkets and other venues.

Super central 🚌 Close to the central bus station — incredibly useful for getting to the waterfalls and airport. 🍽️ Restaurants, cafés, shops and the centre are all within easy walking distance. 🌿 Yet the property itself sits in a quieter residential setting, so you get the convenience of being central without feeling like you’re sleeping in the middle of the tourist strip. And for a couple visiting Iguazú, the positioning is brilliant: 💦 Argentina side of Iguazú Falls: around 25 minutes by road 🇧🇷 Brazilian side: roughly 1.5 km from the Brazilian border/entrance area by road — making the property very convenient for doing both sides. The accommodation also has the practical things we value: private bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a garden, and the property provides airport-transfer options and luggage storage. But what really made our stay special was Alejandro, the owner. ❤️ He was exceptionally helpful from the moment we arrived. He speaks English and took the time to explain how to get around, how to organise everything, where to go, and — importantly for independent travellers like us — how to save money while still making the most of our time in Iguazú. He didn’t just hand us a key and wish us a nice stay. He genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. For travellers doing Iguazú independently, that kind of local knowledge is priceless. Alejandro, we honestly can’t thank you enough. ❤️

They say cards are accepted but they don't mention a ridiculous 10% surcharge, was a PITA to try to get cash to avoid falling into this scammy practice.
