We had a very enjoyable comfortable stay in the quiet Garden Lodge. The hosts are exceptionally warm, friendly and accommodating. Who also recommended some local super eating establishments to us! We had a tour of their garden & large interesting historic mansion with its other well appointed beautifully decorated large suites & penthouse. There are many interesting places to visit within easy driving distance: Avebury, Avebury Manor, Stonehenge, Heale Garden; STEAM Railway Museum, Swindon to name but a few. Nearby Caen Hill Locks, historic sites & Westbury White Horse & others with beautiful scenery along the way. There is a bus stop very close by on the Devizes to Trowbridge route.

Lovely lady

Strange man watching me all the time who was downstairs. My friend thought he was a ghost. I knew the man was disturbed/ not right, that’s why we left . Maybe he was a client of yours.
