Great location - walking distance to the beach and Pilot Bay. We enjoyed easy walks along the beach, to Pilot Bay, and to the shops. Very friendly hosts with clear instructions. The apartment was modern and comfy. We could not hear noises from other apartments and only minor noises through the upstairs bedroom window. There was construction noise in the downstairs bedrooms, however, from the parking garage. We liked that there were plenty of dishwasher tabs and instant coffee + milk for use, and the hand soap and body wash in the bathroom. No shampoo or conditioning shampoo, however, so remember to bring your own. The washer and dryer in-unit were very convenient and the instructions left for using them were easy to follow. The included parking was also nice -- spots are close together so if it's crowded maneuvering might be difficult.

The kitchen sink garbage disposal had been plugged with the drain stopper. We removed the stopper to let some water down, releasing a stinky smell into the main room. We tried using the garbage disposal to find out it didn't work and had been previously unplugged due to not working. We put the stopper back, but the smell never completely went away. I'd suggest since it was obviously a known problem that the property managers fix it before booking the apartment again. There was also construction just outside the room -- not the fault of the owners, but the banging noises could be heard in the downstairs bedrooms starting around 7:30am. There is no fan in the bathroom (or at least not one that would turn on) and having one would help a lot with shower steam and when doing laundry. I would definitely choose Ocean 11 again and these hosts but would choose a different apartment that they offer instead of this one.

Great location and layout. Well equipped and plenty of space. You can walk through from the apartment block to the Beach.

I wouldn’t recommend for young kids, the upstairs stairway could be tempting for young kids to climb and potentially fall (hard to explain but pointed out to me by my 12 year old). My kids were older so no problem, but would be wary for toddlers and young children. Great for adults and could easily cater two couples with own space and bathroom.
