Great location, fabulous old building, lovely friendly staff, very clean.

Breakfast was outstanding; the employees were very friendly and made sure we had what we wanted for breakfast. The young man who helped us was very professional and kind. Perfect location near town center. Good WiFi; nice lounge areas and gardens.
The room was somewhat hot one or two nights, even with the fan. A lighter bed cover during warmer months might help.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. We had dinner in the restaurant two nights in a row. Rooms were clean and well organized. Fabulous location for a wander around the shops and restaurants in the area.
The wifi cut in and out. Presumably that was why our tv service cut in and out. And a small matter but our water glasses and coffee cups only seemed to be rinsed out rather than replaced with clean glasses/cups.

The staff were wonderful as was the location. The buildings are gorgeous and loved that you can walk out through the garden, out the gate and voila - you're right in the town square. I didn't have breakfast however my partner said it was good.
The room was dark - even with all the lights on, As lovely as the exterior is interior really could do with a refresh, especially the bathroom.
