I booked this studio for my mum, and she really enjoyed her stay. It's on the top floor with a private entrance, just a couple of minutes from the sea but on a quiet little street, so it was peaceful and relaxing. Her favourite beach is about a 5-minute walk away, and there are shops, cafés and a park nearby. The Molos promenade is an easy walk too. The AC works well, and the studio stays cool long after you switch it off, even though it's right under the roof. The bed is comfortable, there are plenty of towels, a stove, and everything you need for a longer stay.
Someone had smoked in the studio before, so the curtains smelled of tobacco. Washing them helped a lot. The furniture is a bit tired and could use an update, and there are quite a few extra items around that collect dust. There were some tiny, harmless ants at first, but they disappeared completely after using a plug-in repellent.

The studio is great and well equipped with everything you need! It’s situated literally 5 minutes from the beach and the host is absolutely lovely and super helpful.

The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything necessary, perfect for couples, and now it has a separate entrance (with an elevator). It's close to the beach and even has a little view of the sea. The owner is very kind and friendly.
The elevator door is sometimes tricky to open/close properly.

Very Large and well equipped self contained studio with a private spacious south facing balcony. Location is very near the beach, Municipal Park and Zoo with ample shops and restaurants nearby. Bus stops for local buses also nearby. Lucia was always on hand and happy to resolve any issues
Because access to the studio is only via the main property at present, which could discourage some if they tend to come and go a lot especially late at night, although the problem didn't arise during our stay. Lucia is in the process of providing a dedicated access to the studio which when finished will eliminate the need to go through the main property.
