Wonderful location. It was very cozy and my family enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay. Property was clean and well equipped. Can’t think of any negatives. Would stay again.

This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Lake Tahoe.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home an amazing wrap-around balcony. The view I'm sure would have been amazing but we picked the rainiest time of Oct to visit. The only few thing that I would recommend would be to find a better heating system to regulate the heat on the main floor. The basement area gets all the heat. Your not comfortable sleeping upstairs due to cold or downstairs due to excessive heat. The stairs are not great for those of an aging adult. 50+ watch your step at the bottom. It's angled and you will slip off no matter your age. Oh, and the bed's are obviously very new and well kept but if you only want extra-firm support your in luck. The kitchen is all updated and everything was provided. A little covered area would have been nice from the car to the front door during the weather. No covered area.
