This hotel is excellent if you want a comfortable, practical hotel to focus on scuba diving/snorkeling. First of all, the staff were extremely helpful, kind, hospitable, knowledgeable-always ready and willing to help, often offering to help us with our gear, etc. We loved the diving system. We are advanced open water divers and after two orientation dives, we were able to dive the house reef whenever we wanted/however many times we wanted from 7am-8pm. One day we slept in and went out diving after we woke up. In addition to the House reef, they have many reasonably priced excursions to beautiful dive locations, like Elphinstone. We had a chalet and it was very comfortable. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The air con was very strong and we stayed very cool/comfortable. We did not hear another person the whole time we were there. The hotel is full board, so we had three square meals a day. They offer a buffet with tons of healthy options, lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, protein, etc. The transfer to/from the airport was arranged by the hotel for us. It was a 35 min transfer ride. Everything was perfect here. The dive instructors are full of energy and fun, especially Jiji. Thank you to all who made our trip so enjoyable.

The blanket on the bed was a bit too heavy. We had to turn the air con down quite low because the blanket was so hot. I am not sure if it is possible to change them for lighter ones in the hotter months, and heavier ones in the winter months. I enjoyed the weight of the blanket while sleeping, but it was a bit too hot and I found we had to use more air con because of it.

Chalet was large with air conditioning and private bathroom. Food was varied and delicious

Room was very far away from the main buildings and all drinks were charged extra at the end of the week. We had read that drinks with meals (no alcohol) free from charge and drinks outside the restaurant were charged as extra. This was not the case and all drinks were chargeable at all times and choice of soft drinks were limited

Location, eco vibe, spacious rooms with outdoor seating, helpful staff, healthy food options, great espresso, and phenomenal desert excursions for non divers.

My only issue was that it was not possible to book hotel-organised day trips in advance of arrival.

One of the best resort hotels I have stayed in the food and the staff were spot on, plenty of variety, we are going back. The diving school was first class.

Maybe diet drinks could be included in the all inclusive package.
