Free shuttle from bus station and to train station.
The driver even took our heavy suitcases to our rooms.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Great service.
Great specialty coffee in the lobby.
Pleasant view on the mountain.
Building a bit dated but not much different to what you get in Japan in mountain location. it has its charm.
Breakfast is average and in a different location to a restaurant up the road.
Wet bathroom is not our preference.
No fridge in the room.
Extractor fan a bit noisy in the bathroom (bring earplugs).
No elevator.

Great location for local restaurants and walking into the forest park. Super close from the train station too. Big comfortable bed.

The staff are friendly and offered free shuttle to Alishan bus stop.
The location is slightly far from Alishan train station which requires walking down the slippery and steep stairs. Facilities are quite old and the bedside lamps are covered in dust.
