Great location. Stunning views of the ocean. Loved the breakfasts. Very clean. Proactive staff and helpful.

Amazing views to the sea from the balcony and pool. Beach nearby and walking distance to the town. The room was clean. Basic hotel with nothing fancy.

The bed was extremely hard even though I like harder beds. I asked for a quiet room and got one right next to the straiway. Pretty sure all the other rooms would have been more quiet. Luckily the noise from the stairway wasn’t a problem during the night. The bathroom didn’t have any kind of ventilation because the air vent was completely closed. The bathroom was constantly extremely humid and hot and smelled bad. Asked the staff to open the went but nothing happened. The pool towel cost 3 euroa per towel per day. I think that was ridiculous. Swimming cap is mandatory if you want to swim in the pool and it also costs 3 euros. The cleaning lady sprayed a very strong perfume to the room and as a sensitive and allergic person it was a nightmare. Luckily the staff understood and stopped spraying it.

Excellent hotel with exceptional staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the dining room were professional, friendly and always helpful. Service was exceptional. The shuttle bus was very very convenient if you did not have a car. Regular shuttles to the thermal baths, Citara beach, or Forio. The view from the pool is exceptional.

We had a view of the pool area from our balcony but it distracted by the lack of maintenance to the wooden arbour surrounding all the balcony areas. The pool area enabled magnificent photos of the sunset whilst sipping on a cocktail The onsite restaurant provided a dinner menu ofhome cooked style meals.

Unfortunately when we arrived in our room, the toilet seat was broken & the hair dryer did not work. Also the toilet listen failed which meant it ran all night. However, all items were attended to promptly. The overall impression is the complex is a bit tired & in need of a refresh.
