very nice and helpful staff and ownership; offering many valuable hints about travelling in Cape Town, restaurants, wine estates, etc.
we had the good fortune to find our fellow guests to be equally nice and communicative
lovely breakfast - with flexibility to accommodate individual requests
the Dongola Guest House is in a very quite neighbourhood, close to Table Mountain (even with a trail nearby)
as our expectations were exceeded, it feels gratuitous to search for quibbles
however, in case you seek all-out animation, all-inclusive style food and drink, party miles, ceaseless music, etc., then this is not for you

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Claudio and Karin were exceptional hosts. Our villa was clean, well appointed and breakfast delicious. We would certainly stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the The Dongola Guesthouse . It was such a beautiful experience, and we enjoyed every moment of it. The breakfast was amazing, and Natalie was an incredible host—so kind, welcoming, and lovely. We also really appreciated how clean the place was. We felt so comfortable, relaxed, and peaceful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back

Beautiful setting. Lovely room & decor. Very clean. Super hosts - so kind & friendly. Wonderful breakfasts too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! We would definitely stay again.
