Hotel Marcantonio

The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially considering that I had to make an emergency reservation only about two hours before my train arrived in Rome. The staff welcomed me very well and made everything easy. The price was very reasonable considering the comfort and location. It is very close to Roma Termini, which made getting around the city and reaching the airport much easier. The room was very spacious, with four beds — three single beds and one double bed — and two very good bathrooms. The room is on the ground floor of the building, while the reception is on the fifth floor.

The elevator is very small. It can accommodate about three people without luggage, two people with small luggage, or only one person with a large suitcase. This can be inconvenient, especially when arriving or leaving with luggage.

A clean, tidy and comfortable place to stay. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was not far from the train station and 20 minute walk to some of the famous sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a little too basic with limited variety but it was still adequate.

There was an elevator. They delivered breakfast to our room early because we had a special need, very gracious. Small table provided for breakfast in the room. Beds were comfortable. Excellent location near Termini. Several restaurants nearby.

There was no place to open our suitcases, except on the floor next to the bed. We expected rooms to be small here, but this could be a bedbug danger.

Location was great

Very small room, not the cleanest, air conditioning did not work correctly
