Very easily accessible location

Very tired decor, air con didn’t work, room service didn’t come when I was out for the day, so room wasn’t cleaned, bathroom bin was broken and a cupboard door handle in the bathroom was missing and there was a hole where it should have been. TV kept saying no signal (and this was after a room change and upgrades when first room TV didn’t work and hairdryer was broken). No phone in room and no room service menu or ability to order room service from room - had to eat in restaurant. Early evening/ night receptionist was super friendly and helpful and did everything she could.

The timber floors means you can hear quite a lot, however, this is the construction of the building and not much that can be done

My sister and I enjoyed our staff. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was a good choice for breakfast. Very good value for money.

My sister and I arrived back at the hotel at approximately 01:30 on 04 October 2026, and the front doors were open. No-one was present at reception. My sister knocked on numerous doors but no-one appeared. In the end, we helped ourself to our room key. This issue needs addressing for obvious safety reasons.

Room was beautiful but shower didn’t drain and was flooding the bathroom shower gel bottles were just for show as empty room smelled like it needed an airing

All the carpets through out looked like they need a good hoover seemed to have skeleton staff I came here about 10 years ago and it was a beautiful hotel and was busy seemed very run down so a little disappointing on arrival people were shouting at the reception at how dirty there rooms were. Spa seemed run down and no treatments available dinner menu was very poor choice breakfast was ok as a self service breakfast just think needs some money spent and more staff to keep on top of it
