Mocenigo Vatican Suites

Location is good and the place is safe. Many eateries and metro within walking distant.

No instructions about checking in. If the staff didn’t happen to return from buying groceries at the time of my arrival, I could have been standing there for hours. There’s no access to the property unless he gave the physical key. In the room, kettle is not clean and the breakfast was hard bread with jam which they leave there for days. I rather the don’t give breakfast.

Very clean, very good location.

The room description states that a fridge and a coffee machine are available in the room. This is misleading. While there is a fridge and a coffee machine, they are shared among several rooms and are not located in the room or for private use.

+ Very central and close to the Vatican + rooms look exactly like in the pictures + small kitchen and fridge with access for everybody + fast replies

- Walls are thin like paper and therefor it's quiet loud - the hairdryer shuts off after a few minutes and needs to charge - safe in room doesn't work - very complicated system to open the doors, which didn't really make me feel safe - no possibility to leave your luggage after check out!!! You need to look for an opportunity where to store your bags after check out, for which you need to pay extra, even though you get a recommendation for a storage around the corner - by the pics you get the impression that there is a reception but there Is no one - although I left one day at 10, saw the cleaning personal and left the hanger on the door for cleaning, no one cleaned
