The staff were very nice and helpful.
The hotel looks older in reality than in the photos. The common areas were not very clean or well maintained.

Beautiful view, amazing ambience and incredible staff
Walk up the hill (but the view compensates…); spa / gym could be better but not a major issue.

Very high level amenities but the best was the friendliness and class of the staff , made the stay extra special .

Comfortable and spacious rooms
Our experience at the Jean restaurant (staff and food) was terrible. Almost everything that could have gone wrong went wrong (slow service, food not cooked to order, starter and mains brought at same time after waiting 45 mins for anything to arrive!!). Hotel itself is comfy and concierge staff were very helpful and nice.
