Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war zu hoch .Wir haben schon besser (Bessere Einrichtung und Umgebung)für viel günstiger in andere Hotels übernachtet!

Great stay for families! The breakfast and dinner were both excellent with plenty of options. Our kids loved the play area, and a wonderful swimming pool to relax in. Highly recommend!

The only downside was the very crowded swimming pool during the weekend.

⸻ At the time of booking, we were not given accurate information: • There was absolutely no internet! • Despite repeated requests over 3 days, the issue was not resolved; it is possible that the internet is only available in the building where the reception is located (on the last day, we were offered the option to use a room in the reception building for an online meeting we had scheduled). • There was no information regarding the resort tax; the booking clearly stated that the price included all taxes! • There was no information about the cleaning service. We did not know that we were expected to do the cleaning ourselves; the room had a broom, dustpan, bucket, and mop! • The household waste was not removed at all during the 4 days! • The beds — the most important aspect — had uncomfortable mattresses, and the bed was only 180 cm long, meaning that people taller than 175 cm cannot sleep properly! • The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for sleeping; perhaps only a child or a person weighing 50–60 kg would not feel the wooden bars, I assume… • Worn-out bed linen! • Grey towels! Clean and comfortable bathrobes.
