Very soft pillows

The location was excellent the room and bathroom was very clean, but the bed was too soft with only 1 sleeping pillow. Also j could hear doors slamming shut as people walked through the night door.
The staff were efficient but not very friendly. I stayed only 1 night so it was OK . If I stay there again it would be for the location abd clranliness

Hotel Staff is very friendly and gave all the information prior to arrival, since it was holiday season. Room, Location and Breakfast all was exceptional. Also got public transport tickets at arrival. Location of the hotel is perfect, in front of the Railway Station.
Nothing in particular. Some of the information brochures could require updates. Steps in the hallway could be identified with better signs.
