Parkhotel Graz - Traditional Luxury

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it perfect for exploring the city. The staff is very friendly and polite, with a special shoutout to Petar at breakfast for his exceptional service. Despite the room facing the street, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely quiet and peaceful stay.

There were no slippers in the room and a lack of basic bathroom amenities, which is a downside for a hotel of this level.

We had a wonderful stay (6 nights), perfect location in walking distance to the old town, tram station almost in front of the hotel, large, very quiet rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. The in-house made cakes are fabulous, and the wellness area is great. A particular highlight is the gourmet restaurant „Zur goldenen Birn“, we had a dinner there that was truly outstanding, the restaurant has really lived up to the expectations created by its standing in the Guide Michelin and Gault&Millaud. The staff was very competent and friendly.

The only negative point was it’s erratic internet connection, which was not up to the standard of the hotel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! Also, there is a smart tv (albeit quite small) so you can watch youtube n stuff.. The room for 1 was great and cozy. I left for another hotel I booked before this one and really regret it... Also the breakfast seems great, I didn't get to fully enjoy it as my work required me to be up and running fairly early and Im not a morning person! But from what I did manage to gather, it was very nice

The shower are classic European showers where they're half open. Mine also had this feature where the water on the rail has a tendency to prefer dropping out rather than in the basin leaving the floor very wet after every shower (No matter the shower head's facing direction - believe me, I tried).

Blisko centrum i parku

Hotel dużo stracił w ostatnich paru latach. Przydał się by gruntowny remont (stolarki) i wymiana kilku pracowników recepcji. W pokoju brakuje minibaru,expresu do kawy, kapci, butelkowanej wody..Parking 20 euro za noc. W restauracji doliczyli 8 euro za nakrycie stołu. Słabe śniadanie.
